PE shrink film production raw material formula

The main raw material formula of PE shrink film includes the following parts:

Base resin: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) and high-low-pressure low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) are usually used as base resins. These resins have good toughness and weather resistance and are the most commonly used materials for making shrink films.

Copolymers: such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), which is used to improve the flexibility, low temperature resistance and adhesion properties of the film.

Additives: including stabilizers, lubricants, brighteners, etc. These additives can increase the toughness and glossiness of the film and improve the quality of the film. In addition, there are auxiliary raw materials such as antioxidants, light stabilizers, and antistatic agents.
